Revolution Medicines discovers and develops new drugs that translate frontier cancer targets through exceptional drug discovery delivering revolutionary medicines on behalf of cancer patients. Our innovative science draws inspiration from nature and evolution, which offer insights into cancer targets, disease mechanisms and therapeutic approaches. As a new member of the RevMed team, you will join other outstanding scientists who are helping lead our efforts in the discovery and development of new medicines for unmet needs in cancer.

As a post-doctoral research fellow in our Biology Department, you will have the opportunity to join a small team of motivated scientists in a fast-paced environment focused on the discovery and development of novel medicines for frontier cancer targets.

You will work alongside outstanding researchers and collaborators, in the Revolution Medicines Research and Development team, committed to the prosecution of ground-breaking science with clinical translational impact.

With access to top capabilities, equipment, expertise and knowledge across chemistry, structural biology, cancer biology, drug metabolism and pharmacology, you will be able to pursue important scientific questions while obtaining experience in drug discovery.

You will be expected to present your research at internal and external meetings and will also have the opportunity to interact within the greater scientific community, including inviting and hosting outside speakers of your choice.

Timely publication of innovative science in high-impact journals is expected along with applicable patent filings.

Required Skills
Ph.D. degree with scientific expertise in chemistry, biochemistry and molecular or cell biology.

Strong track record of research productivity and technical innovation in chemical biology as evidenced by high-quality, impactful publications.

Ability to design cell-based experiments using genetic and pharmacological manipulation of proteins and pathways in relevant cell systems to characterize molecular mode of action of tool compounds.

Ability to thrive in a multi-discipline team environment is essential and expertise in chemistry, especially as it relates to probe design is a plus.

Rigorous, quantitative and detail-oriented experimentalist with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
