Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:

The intern will work in the field of pharmacometrics, contributing to covariate detection and assessment for population PK models.

Have opportunities to learn the concepts of drug ADME and work on clinical PK data.

Summarize the latest research in the literature on AI/ML based covariate identification and apply the methods.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings and present data and findings.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
-
The candidate needs to be currently enrolled in a full-time PhD degree program at an accredited University, with a research interest in pharmacometrics or a related field.

Proficiency in NONMEM and R.

Able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August 2025.

The candidate needs to possess a strong desire to explore new methods of population PK covariate detection and make connections from literature to practical impact.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Enjoy growing in a diverse work environment.
Preferred Skills:

Prior training in statistics is preferred.

A highly motivated, detail-oriented researcher with enthusiasm in science, critical thinking and problem-solving skills preferred.
The hourly range for this intern position is $32.75 to $35.00 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
